Website Update
Michael with Click Here Designs has updated our community website to make it much easier to navigate. The basic layout has been rearranged. On the home page, the tabs for financials, meeting minutes, and members list are password-protected for both communities. The requirement for a username has been removed and new passwords assigned. You should have received the password by email – if not, you can contact Carady Waddle with Caras to request it. (see Contact page).
Across the top of the home page are the pertinent tabs to get information. Although the tabs are in place, we are still in the process of cleaning up and arranging the information, so please be patient.

MISSION BAY POLICY FOR COMMUNITY CENTER ACCESS CARDS AND BEACH ACCESS HANG TAGS
Mission Bay HOA policy governing the distribuon of Community Center access cards and Beach access hang tags.
Each homeowner in MBHOA is en tled to two CC access cards and two Beach access hang tags.
Additional tags and or cards are not permitied.
The cost for replacement of a CC access card or Beach access hang tag is $50 each. Homeowners looking to replace a lost card or hang tag will be accessed the $50 charge per card or tag.
To ensure new homeowners or lot owners receive the cards associated with a property being acquired, new homeowners or lot owners shall be instructed to have the cards transferred to them by the selling party. If that is not possible new homeowners or lot owners will be charged $200 for the two cards and two hang tags associated with the property.
Addionally, any homeowner seeking a replacement card or hang tag will need to provide idenficaon to associate them with the property they are requesting a replacement card or hang tag for.
All cards and hang tags distributed by the management company shall have a number associated with them.
