Hours: 8:00 a.m. to dusk – as weather allows
Pool Exercise: 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.
Entrance to the pool/hot tub facility is through the main Community Center and hallway doors.
Do not open the double doors from the Great Room to the pool area.
No wet suits or towels on the Great Room furniture
Access control on the hallway door from the pool to the restrooms will be inactive during pool hours so no card is necessary to re-enter the clubhouse building.
The pool side gate is an emergency exit only. Opening gate will cause alarm to sound!
No lifeguard is on duty.
Use of pool and hot tub is at your own risk
Children under 13
must be accompanied by a responsible adult
The hot tub is maintained at a temperature of 102 degrees, per state law
A battery-powered emergency phone is attached to the storage building in the outside pool area.
To activate the phone you must turn the power on
An AED defibrillator is stored in the Great Room cupboard, above the small sink inside the first set of double doors near the hallway
Standard swimwear is required – all incontinent individuals must wear
a swim diaper in the pool and hot tub
Flotation devices and eye goggles are permitted
Personal electronic devices must be used with headphones or earbuds
and cannot be used within 10 feet of the pool
No other items – toys, frisbees, squirt guns, etc. – are permitted in pool
No diving, pushing, running or rough play
No glass or breakable items
No food or drink in pool area – confine to upper tables
No pets in pool area
No use of pool or hot tub by people with open wounds or communicable disease
ANY VIOLATION OF RULES MAY CAUSE LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES
