Non-Compliance Complaint Form

Any Mission Bay HOA member who has identified a violation of the CC&R, By-laws or Design Review Guidelines may file a complaint as it pertains to another member. A violation complaint cannot be anonymous; however, under all circumstances, the complainant’s name will be held in confidence. Completed forms may either be submitted to a Mission Bay Board Member or left in the drop box in front of the club house. Please attach any supporting documents and/or photos. Upon completion of the investigation into the alleged violation(s), you will be notified of the findings by either a board member or committee member.
