HOURS: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. – 7 days week
Use the main entry door of the Community Center to enter and exit. The door in the room that leads to the outside is for emergency exit only.
The sign-up sheet posted outside the room can be used to schedule your time – it is best to limit usage to 3 people at one time. You can also use the room during any hours it is unscheduled.
– Street shoes cannot be used inside. Bring clean shoes for exercising
– Place gym bags/personal gear on benches, not on floor
– To use treadmill, straddle the belt, start machine then step on to belt
– Wipe down equipment after use. Spray bottle and towel are provided
– Return dumbbells to rack after use
– Use headphones or earbuds when using personal electronic devices
– Keep TV at a reasonable volume and turn off when done
– Turn off lights if you are the last to leave the room
