Wine & Cheese tasting!

Location: Mission Bay Clubhouse
The social committee will provide the cheeses, bread and crackers along with water.
1)Your favorite accompaniment to go along with the cheeses (fruit, jam, chutney, balsamic glaze, nuts, sundried tomatoes or olives, etc.) to share with everyone;
2) One bottle of wine/per person for the wine tasting (already opened); and
3) a spirit of fun and adventure!
Cost: no charge to attend
Important Notes: There will be a tasting table for white wines and a tasting table for red wines. When you sign-up for the event at Janice's home, you'll indicate which tasting table you would like per person and then on the night of the party you will bring a bottle of wine (foil removed and uncorked) to match your table choice. If you are bringing white wine, please have it chilled. Your bottle will be disguised in a brown paper bag upon entering the clubhouse, with only a number to identify it. The wines at your table will be sampled one by one. At the end of the tasting time, the favorite wine at each table will be chosen. You can tell us about your wine and you'll receive a prize!
Please sign-up by Tuesday, February 25 so we know how much cheese to buy. Be prepared to indicate whether you are bringing red or white wine per person for tasting. The sign-up sheet is at Janice Donovan's home at 119 Eagle Drive. The sign-up sheet will be available Wednesday, February 12.
