The minutes from the December 17th, 2008 general meeting were approved by all members present. Treasurer’s Report Tim Hinderman presented some summary year-to-date financial information regarding the Mission Bay Homeowners Association master association budget: . Net income is $2500 more than budgeted year-to-date through May 31, 2009 o Total expenses are $2200 less than the amount budgeted year-to-date through May 31, 2009 due to fewer landscaping hours and services compared to budget. However, this savings may be needed later in the season if it extends beyond the time frame budgeted. Other Committee Reports Committee reports were presented at the Community Center general meeting that immediately preceded this meeting. Election of Director Dennis asked for nominations from the floor. The Board of Directors nominating committee nominated Tim Hinderman for re-election. No additional nominations were made. Tim Hinderman was re-elected to the Board of Directors by all members present. Distribution of Meeting Minutes Dennis noted that future meeting minutes will be posted on the website and at the Community Center. In an effort to reduce paper and processing costs, paper copies of meeting minutes are not mailed to owners. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 2:34 p.m.
